We unfortunately did not spend much time in Burkina Faso.
We only visited Bobo Dialassou.
Trip 2001
November
18

vibrant city of Bobo Dialassou, capital of the Bobo
tribe. An unusual spot near town is the 'sacred fishpond
of Dafra. Here, local people sacrifice chickens to the
fish, which have grown enormous on this chicken diet!
