| We broke a golden rule: Never check baggage - especially on an international
flight with connections between different airlines. Sure enough, one of
our two bags never made it to Bangkok. Now we're down to one backpack.
An old traveler's addage says to pack your things, then take half of what
you've packed. Guess we'll be testing this old saying out. Unfortunately
for Jill, most of the things in that pack were hers. She'll be wearing
my clothes until we can buy her some replacements. Hope my underwear fits
