This morning we boarded a charter flight and flew to Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe. As we approached the airstrip, we found lions asleep on the runway.
At our camp in Hwange, curious elephants investigate newcomers.
Jane, our guide. No jokes about Tarzan, please.
The Hwange campsite is called, Little Makalolo. Guests sleep in tents, very basic accommodations; no bathtub, sauna, but they do provide terrycloth robes.
