| For the first time we saw the Okavango, a river which starts
in Angola, gets lost, and ends up flooding 6000 square mile area in the upper Kalahari; the Okavango river
never reaches the sea. Instead, it has created the world's largest inland delta. We flew to
Seringo, a village in northernmost region of the Delta.

| The rest of our transport around the delta will be by
mokoro (dugout canoe), which are poled through the waterways by experienced guides,
not landlubbers like Patty and Jill.
