| A dream becomes reality: Kjell arrives in Kenya. Last night we found him in the airport, dazed and confused, and shuttled him to a bush camp atop a skyscraper in downtown Nairobi. He slept in a tent with a view, protected against mosquitos but shivering in the cold without a blanket. Welcome to Africa. | |||

Off to Ngorongoro Crater.
We started with a five hour public bus ride from Nairobi to Arusha, crossing Kenya's
border with Tanzania. | |||

| In the midafternoon we hooked
up with our car and driver, Rogathe, who led us to a sunset view overlooking the
Ngorongoro Crater. | |||
