| Time to leave Delhi and find India's wilderness. In a country of over 1 billion, this isn't easy. Our quest begins by leaving Delhi on a public bus, an hour to crawl out from the city's snarled traffic onto a single lane strip that serves as an interstate highway. We keep waiting for this small road to grow into a highway but Indians are very keen on sharing; this means we share our lane with oncoming traffic. If you want a better view you can ride on top of the bus with the luggage. By sunset we're dropped on a dirt crossroads near a national park, Sariska, where we will try our luck at seeing wildlife. | |||
