|Today sticks on us and will be remembered for dirt. We rode a public bus from Jaipur to Ranthambhore, 4 ½ hours, with people hacking and coughing because of dust and fumes. In the afternoon we hunted for tigers in the back of a jeep while dust and fumes covered us again. Cold showers washed away our raccoon eyes. Did we see a tiger? This may be the place where Bill Clinton saw his tiger, but we aren't a retired head-of-state so the tigers don't bother showing themselves.|
Ranthambhore National Park. An old fort hangs cliffside over scrub that hides tigers.
Pray for us!
